What is a reduced file and what is it used for?
It is a technical document that lists the essential characteristics of your vehicle (weight, power, dimensions, emissions, etc.) and is mandatory for registering a car, motorcycle, truck, or any other vehicle from abroad. It is also necessary to obtain a duplicate of the technical specifications of a vehicle or trailer that has lost its documentation.
It is a valid alternative to the manufacturer’s certificate of conformity, with the advantage that it allows corrections to be made if there are any errors.

What documents do I need to apply for it?
You will need the foreign vehicle inspection sheet and some general photos of the vehicle.

We will send it to you by email in PDF format within a maximum of 2 working hours from the time we receive your documentation and payment. In the event of a high volume of orders, the delivery time may be up to 5 hours.

For vehicles without European type approval, the delivery time will be 5 working hours. Our working hours are from 9:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 19:30 – ( European Central Time )
What happens if there is an error in the file?

How much does a reduced file cost?
The price depends on the type of vehicle:
- Cars, vans, trailers, and caravans: €50 + VAT
- Motorcycles: €70 + VAT
- Motorhomes: 100 € + VAT
- Lorries: €100 + VAT
How long does the process take from the moment I send the documentation?
We are committed to delivering the reduced file to you within two working hours of receiving all the necessary information and payment.
In the event of a very high volume of orders, delivery times may be up to 5 working hours. Our working hours are from 9:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 19:30.
Can I request multiple tokens at once if I am a professional?

What is the difference between a Reduced File and the Certificate of Conformity?
The reduced file is a flexible document that can be adapted if there are errors. The Certificate of Conformity (COC) is more rigid and difficult to obtain, especially for used vehicles or those imported by private individuals.
