Payment Methods
Customers have the option to pay using the following methods:
- Bank transfer: By sending a bank transfer to the account indicated on the order completion page. Processing this payment may take up to 48 business hours. It is recommended to send an email to info@itvfichasreducidas.com with proof of payment indicating the order number.
- Credit card: Using the Redsys secure payment gateway.
Delivery Conditions for the Reduced Data Sheet
- Once the order is placed, the data sheet will begin to be prepared as long as the following conditions are met:
- The customer must provide all the necessary data and photos for the preparation of the data sheet
- Payment for the data sheet must have been confirmed. To expedite the process in case of bank transfer, send proof of payment to info@itvfichasreducidas.com indicating the order number.
- Once the preparation of the data sheet has begun, it will be delivered in up to 5 business hours
- The business hours are:
- Days: Monday to Friday business days established in this calendar
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- ITV Fichas Reducidas reserves the right to establish non-working days, which will be announced appropriately on the website when necessary.
Returns
- Since the Reduced Data Sheet is a downloadable document, we do not accept returns of orders
